Cargo from Japan is generally arranged for collection at the arrival airport’s cargo handling area. We confirm delivery terms for each shipment.

Airport collection means collecting cargo at the arrival airport’s cargo facility, not at a passenger terminal.
Please check in advance whether you can arrange local import customs clearance and collection from the arrival airport.

Delivery to shops and warehouses
In some countries and cities, delivery to your store or warehouse is also possible. Tell us your preferred destination; we will confirm the delivery method and freight cost.
