FROM JAPAN WITH CARE

From Japan with care

I was born in Japan, and living abroad has helped me rediscover the richness of Japanese food and culture. For me, Japan is the country I am proudest of in the world.

I want to bring this country’s delicious food to the world and, through food, share Japanese culture and the care behind its craftsmanship. That wish led me to start JAPAN FUTURE LAB.

I also want to bring the energy I have felt overseas back to Japan. By connecting Japan with the world, I hope to play a small part in helping Japan thrive.
